To Do while working reference today
- Cooperative Collection Development tasks: get copies of presentations, transcribe notes into wiki, finish setting up wiki, find listserv instructions, email CD libns re: listserv, find contacts for libraries not in attendance, summarize all for in-house staff. **
- Do self-study questions from Director.
- Do workload questions from HR.
- Help students with research and technology questions.
That last one? Not negotiable. No matter how pressed I feel, or how much I feel I must get done right now, the part about helping students takes priority. It’s a good reminder.
** There’s a whole post on this, at some point. Suffice it to say I had a great few days in Utica, brainstorming and connecting and planning and scheming and moving the whole project forward several lightyears.
